Diet talk shows up in our families, in our friendships, in our realtionships, and in our workplaces. It pops up on our social media, in advertisements, and in magazine and newspaper articles. Setting a boundary around this topic is important to so many people, many of whom are ignored by their loves ones. It starts to feel like people are wrong for setting boundaries, but it is truly the excuses for ignoring them that are wrong.
